Own and execute Okta's Account-Based Experience (ABX) 1:few strategy for high-value target accounts, driving personalized multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. As the key bridge between Marketing and Sales, you'll craft tailored experiences using tools like 6sense, Rollworks, and Marketo to turn strategic accounts into advocates. This role is pivotal for scaling ABX marketing in a SaaS environment, delivering measurable ROI through data-driven optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage comprehensive ABX 1:few programs for target account tiers, aligning with GTM strategy and revenue goals • Partner with regional marketers and sales to define target account lists, engagement goals, and sales-ready criteria • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and buyer personas to inform personalized campaign plans • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns including LinkedIn ads, email, direct mail, events, and tailored content • Orchestrate campaigns using 6sense, Rollworks, Gemini, Salesforce, and Marketo for seamless tracking and handoffs • Analyze program performance, optimize tactics via data insights, and create sales enablement playbooks What We're Looking For: • 5-7+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or ABX in SaaS • Proven strategic mindset to translate account data into measurable ABX strategies • Hands-on proficiency with ABM platforms like 6sense, Rollworks and tools like Marketo, Salesforce • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Regional Marketing, and xDR teams • Strong project management for multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines plus AI/GenAI for personalization What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
