The ABX Marketing Operations Manager owns and optimizes account-based marketing (ABM/ABX) systems like 6sense and Folloze, translating strategy into scalable workflows that drive demand generation and personalization at Okta. This role ensures seamless data governance across Salesforce, Marketo, and MarTech tools, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver targeted B2B experiences and measurable GTM impact. By focusing on operational excellence, you'll power Okta's identity-led growth in enterprise software. Key Responsibilities: • Own and optimize ABX platforms like 6sense and Folloze, designing complex workflows for segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel orchestration • Define platform-agnostic personalization strategies and user journeys using data from MarTech tools to enhance targeted ABM experiences • Partner with Business Technology to enhance Salesforce and GTM systems for ABX account frameworks, data quality, and governance • Collaborate with Marketing Data Ops on tools like Clay and Clearbit to support ABX data collection, transfer, and hygiene • Oversee cross-functional projects translating ABX strategies into technical requirements for marketing workflows and scalable impact • Build ABX-focused reporting and dashboards with trusted data for performance measurement and strategic decision-making What We're Looking For: • 5+ years in Marketing Operations and MarTech management, ideally in B2B or enterprise software • 3+ years specifically supporting ABM/ABX motions at scale with account-based marketing tools • Deep familiarity with tech stacks for account-based motions, including 6sense, Folloze, segmentation, and personalization • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions and operational processes • Strong problem-solving, systems-thinking, and collaboration skills with Business Technology, GTM Ops, and Marketing stakeholders What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
