As an Account Executive, Strategic Inside Sales in Chicago, you'll drive the Enterprise sales pipeline by owning sales processes for subsidiaries of key customers, managing upsells, and collaborating with Account Directors to book ARR. This role accelerates deals through discovery calls, demos, and forecasting in the B2B SaaS identity management space. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Area Directors and Regional Sales Managers to target new business in their territories • Own the full sales process for Enterprise customer subsidiaries, including discovery calls that build pipeline and generate revenue • Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing Enterprise accounts • Execute demos, quotes, proposals, and Business Value Assessments to advance deals • Partner with Customer First team to assess account health, identify churn risks, and recommend solutions • Account plan with Enterprise Account Directors and Renewals Managers to build pipeline and forecast quarterly performance What We're Looking For: • Prior experience achieving quota in Sales Development or lead generation in B2B SaaS • 3+ years of closing deals or account management in B2B SaaS environments • Proven ability to consistently achieve quarterly sales quotas • Strong track record in consultative sales with a customer-first approach • Technical aptitude with CRM tools like Salesforce, Word, Excel, and running qualification calls/demos independently What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
