The Associate Digital Learning & Platform Manager champions customers' digital learning journeys by overseeing the learning portal, Skilljar integrations, and self-service resources to drive product adoption and success. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize Skilljar learning systems by translating stakeholder feedback into scalable enhancements and leading execution and change management. • Collaborate with Product Strategy, Content, Operations, and Product Marketing using Gainsight, Pendo, and Qualtrics to analyze digital learning impact on customer engagement, product usage, and retention. • Oversee integrations between Skilljar, Salesforce, hands-on lab environments, support, and community platforms; perform direct updates and advise on cross-functional enhancements. • Champion learner-first UX by reducing friction, partnering on HTML/CSS customizations, and implementing styling updates with internal and external teams. • Lead user feedback via customer sessions, surveys, A/B testing; synthesize insights into strategies boosting learning engagement and platform effectiveness. • Govern site branding, taxonomy, and QA processes; document policies, handle support inquiries, and stay current on LMS and digital learning trends. What We're Looking For: • 4+ years administering and customizing a learning management system (LMS), Skilljar strongly preferred. • Experience in project-based environments coordinating with developers, content teams, operations, and IT across timezones. • Working knowledge of Salesforce and integrating it with LMS platforms like Skilljar. • Experience conducting customer listening sessions, surveys, workshops, and A/B testing for learning experiences. • Ability to create wireframes/mockups for site structure, layout, and learner flow to communicate with developers.
