Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the credit and collections team within Okta's global shared services framework. • Collaborate quarterly with stakeholders on strategic customer accounts, focusing on financial risks and opportunities. • Identify and implement process improvements for collections, customer service, and global operations efficiency. • Monitor receivables, pursue past-due invoices, negotiate payments, resolve disputes, manage service suspensions, process refunds, and handle high-risk accounts. • Establish team goals, track KPIs for aging, cash collection, and DSO, and calculate bad debt allowances. • Partner with Billing and Collections leaders to enforce credit policies and foster customer-centric relationships worldwide. What We're Looking For: • Minimum 8 years in credit and collections, with 3+ years managing teams in global or shared services. • Experience in technology or SaaS companies handling accounts receivable and cash application. • Familiarity with online collections tools like HighRadius, Versapay, GetPaid, or Tesorio. • Knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP, plus customer ticketing systems. • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication for senior stakeholders, and familiarity with AI tools like Gemini or ChatGPT.
