Okta, the World's Identity Company, is seeking a visionary Director of GTM AI Strategy and Operations to serve as the strategic partner to GTM Leadership, building the AI roadmap and driving cross-functional execution for sales productivity, marketing personalization, and customer support automation. This role transforms bold AI visions into operational reality, supercharging growth in enterprise software sales and GTM operations. Shape the future of AI-first go-to-market strategies at a high-growth tech leader. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain the comprehensive GTM AI roadmap, covering technology adoption, key use cases like sales productivity and lead scoring, and required cultural changes for adoption. • Lead executive communications and storytelling, crafting narratives, board materials, and presentations that articulate project plans, dependencies, KPIs, and business impact. • Partner with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Business Technology, and Finance to integrate AI initiatives into annual and long-range GTM planning. • Establish operating cadence and governance for GTM AI projects, driving ruthless prioritization based on ROI, strategic value, and execution feasibility. • Define KPIs and build frameworks to measure business impact and ROI of AI investments, delivering data-driven insights for strategy and resource allocation. • Champion enablement and change management, partnering with teams to equip GTM with AI skills and foster an AI-first culture. What We're Looking For: • 8+ years in GTM Strategy, Sales/Business Operations, or Management Consulting in high-growth technology companies. • 2+ years of formal people management experience, with proven ability to coach and grow teams. • Proven track record leading company-wide strategic initiatives from conception to measurable results. • Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects in GTM, such as AI sales tools, generative AI pilots, or ML lead scoring models. • Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and GTM motions like Enterprise, Commercial, and Channel.
