Join Okta as a Enterprise Account Executive - Auth0. Okta is the leading independent identity provider, trusted by over 18,500 organizations worldwide. We help organizations securely connect people to technology. As an Enterprise Account Executive for Auth0 at Okta, you'll drive revenue growth by selling our secure, enterprise-grade identity platform to application development teams, including engineering, product, security, and architecture leaders in the UKI region. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint, building lasting partnerships, and securing billions of logins for SaaS applications through proactive pipeline generation and complex deal navigation. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively generate and nurture top-of-funnel activity to build a robust pipeline of new Auth0 customer opportunities in your territory • Execute the full sales cycle with a methodical approach, navigating complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders • Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans, delivering accurate forecasts and demonstrating operational excellence • Employ a bottom-up, top-down strategy to engage developers, engineering leaders, and technical audiences effectively • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to consistently achieve and exceed revenue quotas for enterprise SaaS sales • Build collaborative relationships with SDRs, pre-sales, customer success teams, and travel in-person to strengthen customer partnerships What We're Looking For: • Proven track record of 5+ years successfully selling complex enterprise SaaS products to large organisations • Significant experience selling to highly technical profiles like developers, engineering, and architecture leaders • Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives, educating them on Auth0's business value and creating demand • Strong hunter mentality with passion for acquiring and expanding new logo accounts in competitive markets • Expertise in structured sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler for navigating intricate sales cycles What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
