We help organizations securely connect people to technology. As an Enterprise Account Executive for Auth0 in Tokyo, Japan, you will drive territory growth by acquiring net new logos and expanding existing Auth0 customers among Japan's top Product Development teams in Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture. Partnering with Japan resellers, distributors, and the Okta ecosystem, you'll deliver consistent revenue targets while protecting against major identity threats in enterprise SaaS and consumer applications. This role is pivotal in securing billions of logins annually via Auth0's enterprise-grade identity platform, fueling Okta's mission as T Key Responsibilities: • Build a strategic plan for long-term net new logo pipeline generation in the Japan territory • Consistently deliver revenue targets to drive year-over-year territory growth for Auth0 • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and predictable bookings • Target and gain access to prospect leaders in Product, Engineering, Security, and Architecture, cultivating decision-maker networks • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed enterprise SaaS revenue quotas • Leverage Okta ecosystem partners including resellers, SIs, AWS, xDRs, Presales, and Customer First to open opportunities What We're Looking For: • 8+ years success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products like identity and access management solutions • Proven track record evangelizing to Product, Engineering, and Architecture leaders in Japan enterprises • Deep technical discovery skills in product development lifecycle, DevOps, and engineering terminology for developer communities • Strong technical acumen connecting Auth0 platform features to business transformation and security outcomes • Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder alignment for QBRs across all levels What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
