Job Description

Join Okta as a Enterprise Account Executive, Mexico. Okta is the leading independent identity provider, trusted by over 18,500 organizations worldwide. We help organizations securely connect people to technology. As an Enterprise Account Executive for Mexico, you'll drive net new logo sales across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, generating pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals for Okta's identity platform. This role is pivotal in fueling YoY ARR growth by building strategic relationships with enterprise stakeholders and positioning Okta as the leader in secure access and authentication solutions. Your success will directly expand Okta's presence in LATAM enterprise sales. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a long-term vision and pipeline generation plan for net new logos in Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean territories • Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets to drive year-over-year growth while meeting quarterly deadlines • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, advance opportunities, and achieve predictable bookings in enterprise accounts • Land, expand, and deepen relationships across enterprise org charts, orchestrating multi-stakeholder deals • Position Okta as a thought leader through presentations, demos, and championing business value to C-level executives • Leverage channel partners and alliances to uncover new opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally for resource efficiency What We're Looking For: • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or identity management, with proven quota attainment in LATAM • Track record of closing net new logos with $1M+ ARR deals in Mexico or Central America markets • Expertise in territory planning, pipeline generation, and navigating complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers • Strong proficiency in Spanish and English, with cultural fluency for Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean enterprises • Passion for customer success, demonstrated by building long-term relationships and embracing consultative selling What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
