As an Enterprise Account Executive for New England, you'll drive territory growth by hunting net new logos and expanding existing Okta Platform customers in the enterprise SaaS security space. Your success in navigating complex sales cycles and closing deals with C-level stakeholders will secure billions of workforce logins annually through Okta's identity platform. This high-impact role demands a passion for cybersecurity and consistent revenue delivery to fuel Okta's mission as The World's Identity Company. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a vision and plan for long-term net new logo pipeline generation in your New England territory • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth and quota attainment • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings • Target and gain access to C-level leaders in prospect accounts, building networks of decision makers • Scope, negotiate, and close enterprise agreements to meet and exceed revenue quota targets • Leverage Okta partners, xDRs, Presales, and ecosystem to open new opportunities and nurture relationships What We're Looking For: • 7+ years success growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products like identity and access management • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level decision makers in cybersecurity sales • Expertise navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders from customers and internal teams • Significant experience selling in partnership with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and expertise using MEDDPICC sales framework What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
