As an Enterprise Account Executive for New England, you'll drive territory growth by landing net new logos and expanding existing Okta Platform customers in Massachusetts. You'll evangelize secure identity solutions like Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform to C-level leaders, navigating complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles to deliver consistent revenue. This role is pivotal in securing billions of workforce logins annually, fueling Okta's mission as The World's Identity Company. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a long-term vision and plan for net new logo pipeline generation in the New England territory • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth and quota attainment • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and ensure predictable bookings • Target and gain access to C-level decision makers in prospect accounts, building networks of influencers • Scope, negotiate, and close enterprise agreements while exceeding revenue quota targets • Leverage Okta partners, xDRs, Presales, and ecosystem to open new opportunities and nurture relationships What We're Looking For: • 7+ years success growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products like identity management solutions • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level executives in security and IT • Expertise navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders internally and at customer organizations • Significant experience selling in partnership with GSIs and the broader partner ecosystem • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and expertise in MEDDPICC sales framework What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
