Join Okta as a Enterprise Account Executive - Retail, Gaming, and Consumer. Okta is the leading independent identity provider, trusted by over 18,500 organizations worldwide. We help organizations securely connect people to technology. As an Enterprise Account Executive - Retail, Gaming, and Consumer in Tokyo, Japan, you'll drive net new logos and expand existing Okta customers in high-growth verticals like retail, gaming, and CPG. You'll evangelize Okta's identity platform to C-suite leaders, securing complex enterprise SaaS deals while navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles. This role is pivotal for fueling YoY territory growth and positioning Okta as the world's leading identity company. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a long-term vision and plan for net new logo pipeline generation in retail, gaming, and consumer accounts • Consistently deliver on revenue targets to drive year-over-year territory growth and exceed quota • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, advance opportunities, and secure predictable bookings • Target and gain access to C-level decision makers in prospect accounts, building a network of champions • Scope, negotiate, and close complex enterprise agreements using MEDDPICC sales framework • Leverage Okta partners, xDRs, presales, and ecosystem to open opportunities and nurture customer relationships What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of proven success growing revenue with complex enterprise SaaS products • Experience evangelizing security solutions to C-level executives in retail, gaming, CPG, or manufacturing • Track record navigating intricate sales cycles with multiple internal and external stakeholders • Significant experience selling alongside GSIs and partner ecosystems to close deals • Expertise in MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler sales methodologies with strong presentation skills What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
