As an Enterprise Account Executive at Okta, you'll drive territory growth by hunting net new logos and expanding existing Enterprise SaaS customers using the Okta Platform for secure identity management. This role is pivotal in securing billions of workforce logins annually against identity threats, delivering consistent revenue through complex sales cycles. Join Okta's Enterprise Sales team to evangelize identity security solutions to C-level leaders and achieve YoY growth in Tennessee. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a vision and plan for long-term net new logo pipeline generation in your territory • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth and quota attainment • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and drive predictable bookings • Target and gain access to C-level decision makers, building networks to navigate complex sales cycles • Scope, negotiate, and close enterprise agreements while exceeding revenue quota targets • Leverage Okta partners, xDRs, Presales, and ecosystem to uncover new opportunities and build relationships What We're Looking For: • 7+ years success growing revenue for sophisticated, complex enterprise SaaS products • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level decision makers • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders internally and externally • Significant track record selling in partnership with GSIs and the wider partner ecosystem • Expertise using Sales Frameworks like MEDDPICC, with excellent communication and presentation skills What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
