As an Enterprise Account Executive at Okta, you will lead the full sales cycle for net new logos in LATAM South, driving revenue growth through strategic territory planning and relationship building with enterprise clients and influencers. This role is pivotal in expanding Okta's World's Identity Company presence, delivering ARR targets amid 40% YOY growth by positioning Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform as core solutions for secure access, authentication, and automation. Your success will directly fuel Okta's mission to place identity at the heart of business security and growth. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a vision and long-term plan for net new logo pipeline generation in LATAM South, consistently delivering ARR revenue targets and meeting YOY growth deadlines • Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics for pipeline generation, opportunity advancement, and repeatable bookings in enterprise accounts • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities by exploring relationships across the client's full org chart and diverse stakeholders • Become a thought leader on Okta's platform, articulating value and ROI to multiple decision makers while embracing customer-centric core values • Leverage channel partners and alliances to identify and open uncharted enterprise opportunities in the South Cone region • Collaborate with sales support and corporate functions for efficient resource use, customized proposals, contract negotiations, and insightful territory feedback What We're Looking For: • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or identity management, with proven track record in net new logos and LATAM South territory growth • Demonstrated ability to drive ARR revenue against quotas in high-growth environments like 40% YOY expansion • Expertise in full sales cycle execution, including prospecting, pre-RFP planning, negotiations, closing, and contract delivery • Strong relationship-building skills with enterprise clients, consultants, and influencers across complex org charts • Passion for technology solutions, customer success, and articulating ROI for secure access, authentication, and automation platforms What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
