Okta, The World’s Identity Company, seeks a Finance Manager, Global Business Operations to drive financial planning, analysis, and operational efficiency for key functions like Business Technology and Revenue Operations. This role partners with leadership to deliver actionable insights, optimize budgets, and align resources with strategic goals in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Your expertise in FP&A will ensure fiscal responsibility and support Okta's growth through precise forecasting and ROI analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as primary finance partner for Business Technology, Company Operations, Revenue Operations, and Okta for Good teams • Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and month-end close processes for supported functions • Develop and maintain financial models to track spend, headcount, and key performance metrics • Deliver variance analysis and insights to leadership for decision-making and resource optimization • Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Recruiting, and HR for accuracy and process alignment • Support business case development for technology investments and strategic operational initiatives What We're Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred, with 5+ years progressive FP&A experience in tech or SaaS • Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex financial and operational data into actionable insights • Exceptional organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines in fast-paced settings • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior leadership • Proficiency in financial systems like Anaplan, Oracle, NetSuite and advanced Excel/Google Sheets What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
