Join Okta as a Global Partner Marketing Manager, Cloud Alliances/AWS. Okta is the leading independent identity provider, trusted by over 18,500 organizations worldwide. Okta is seeking a Global Partner Marketing Manager, Cloud Alliances/AWS to lead marketing strategy and execution with AWS, driving joint demand generation, partner-influenced pipeline, and ACV growth. In this pivotal role, you'll design integrated programs marketing with, to, and through AWS, while orchestrating global efforts with ISVs and GSIs. This position matters because it aligns cloud partnerships with Okta's revenue goals in the identity and access management space. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute cloud partner marketing strategies aligning AWS engagement with Okta’s business objectives and revenue goals • Create bespoke account-based marketing (ABM) plans for top AWS accounts targeting strategic G2K customers to drive awareness, pipeline, and ACV • Partner with regional marketing and field teams to design joint demand generation campaigns with AWS, creating leads and accelerating pipeline • Collaborate on thought leadership content including co-branded case studies, webinars, and event speaking with AWS, ISVs, GSIs, and agencies • Build stakeholder relationships across Okta, AWS, and ecosystem partners while managing MDF allocation, tracking, and ROI reporting • Analyze performance metrics, integrate multi-partner strategies, and lead AWS event sponsorships at Oktane, Identity Summits, and SKO What We're Looking For: • 5-10 years of experience in partner marketing within SaaS or cloud ecosystems, especially with cloud service providers like AWS • Deep understanding of cloud partnerships, partner dynamics, co-marketing best practices, and joint go-to-market strategies • Proven success developing and executing global partner marketing programs delivering measurable pipeline and ACV growth • Core marketing expertise in demand generation, ABM, customer journey creation, and collaboration with regional teams across geographies • Strong analytical skills to track metrics, translate data into insights, and optimize investments in cloud alliances What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
