As an International Tax Senior Analyst at Okta, you'll drive international tax compliance, transfer pricing strategies, and cross-border transaction support for our global operations. This role is pivotal in managing tax risks, optimizing structures amid business growth, and leveraging tax technology like Alteryx and AI for efficiency. Join our Dublin-based team to shape Okta's identity-first security company's worldwide tax framework. Key Responsibilities: • Support international tax and transfer pricing projects, developing methodologies and policies for new business models and risk management • Review financials, tax reporting forms, and disclosures for Okta's foreign subsidiaries • Lead transfer pricing initiatives including CbCR, master/local files, intercompany agreements, and TP forms • Analyze and prepare US international tax deliverables for quarterly/year-end provisions, compliance, and planning • Identify automation opportunities using Alteryx, RPA, and AI, then design, develop, and maintain solutions across functions • Partner with business leaders, tax, finance, treasury, legal, and advisors while communicating strategies to stakeholders What We're Looking For: • 3+ years in international tax/transfer pricing at a large accounting/consulting firm • Experience in finance, valuation, and economic concepts for tax modeling • International tax expertise in reporting, compliance, planning, US, OECD, and local regulations • Proven skills with tax technology solutions like Alteryx, RPA, and AI • Strong project management in cross-functional M&A, integrations, and restructurings What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
