The Manager, Sales Process & Productivity leads optimization of sales workflows and drives operational efficiency to empower Okta's sales team for peak performance in a high-growth SaaS environment. By partnering with Sales, GTM Strategy and Ops, and Enablement, you'll refine processes, boost tool adoption like Salesforce and Clari, and accelerate deal velocity. This role is pivotal in revolutionizing field operations through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, directly fueling Okta's AI strategy and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze, refine, and document sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and align with business goals like faster deal velocity • Partner with sales leadership to implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with Salesforce and other tools for continuous process improvements • Develop sales programs, training, and enablement resources to enhance rep effectiveness and support change management for new systems • Act as key stakeholder in evaluating, adopting, and optimizing sales tech stack including Clari, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Collaborate with BT, Sales Operations, and vendors to influence tool roadmaps, ensure alignment with business needs, and drive adoption through training • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and operations teams to deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations that refine sales strategies What We're Looking For: • 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement in high-growth SaaS or tech environments • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices with hands-on Salesforce expertise • Proven experience with sales tech tools like Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo for optimization and adoption • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable insights for process improvements • Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives with exceptional stakeholder communication What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
