Key Responsibilities: • Manage and mentor a team of Product Security Engineers, supporting their career growth through coaching and professional development. • Own security programs and projects, defining goals, refining threat modeling processes, and ensuring timely execution. • Provide technical leadership in security reviews, guiding code audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to integrate application security and DevSecOps best practices. • Track and report KPIs on security review effectiveness, vulnerability remediation, and program impact to leadership. • Promote security awareness via training, presentations, and vulnerability mitigation strategies for web applications and cloud services. What We're Looking For: • 2-3+ years of leadership experience in product security, including people management of security engineering teams. • Strong expertise in application security, secure code reviews, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment methodologies. • Proven experience leading security reviews for web applications, cloud services, distributed systems, and identity protocols like OIDC, SAML, OAuth. • Excellent communication skills to articulate security risks, threat modeling outcomes, and remediation strategies to engineers and executives. • Ability to drive cross-functional security initiatives, balancing security goals with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
