Drive channel demand generation for Okta's Distributor and Reseller ecosystem across India, ASEAN, and Korea as the go-to marketing strategist. Own high-impact B2B marketing campaigns, Marketing Development Funds (MDF), and partner events to fuel pipeline growth and partner success in the SaaS identity management space. This role is pivotal in building the demand generation engine that powers regional growth for The World’s Identity Company. Key Responsibilities: • Orchestrate high-impact demand generation campaigns across email, digital advertising, and content syndication with top distributors to drive measurable pipeline growth • Take full ownership of Marketing Development Funds (MDF), managing allocation, deployment, and utilization targets to maximize partner ROI • Plan and execute regional events like Partner Connects and seminars, handling logistics, promotion, and on-site support to energize the channel network • Collaborate with distributors and resellers to provide marketing assets, operational support, and co-branded strategies tailored to local markets • Analyze campaign performance using Salesforce and Marketo, optimizing strategies for B2B SaaS lead generation in Asia Pacific • Travel to markets like India, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines to support partners, events, and on-ground activation What We're Looking For: • 2–4 years of B2B channel marketing experience in SaaS or tech, specifically with distributors and resellers • Proven track record managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and driving demand generation pipeline growth • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and project management tools like Asana or Trello for campaign execution • Strong regional marketing expertise across India, ASEAN, and Korea with a focus on B2B SaaS identity solutions • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) to support events and partners in dynamic Asia Pacific markets What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
