This 12-week summer 2026 internship in San Francisco immerses you in real product development, from defining user stories to tracking industry trends for secure authentication and user lifecycle solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Understand core business problems and requirements from Okta customers, prospects, and strategic initiatives in Workforce Identity Cloud. • Collaborate with Engineering, Research and Design to identify, prioritize, define, and document user stories and use cases for product development. • Track industry trends, competition, and internal data to inform product decisions and strategy for Access Management and Identity Management. • Contribute to high-value projects impacting new innovations and evolution of core SaaS products like secure access and authentication. • Build cross-functional relationships with Product Marketing and field teams to align on Workforce Identity Cloud vision. • Participate in intern events like Executive Speaker Series to network and accelerate professional growth in product management. What We're Looking For: • Currently pursuing an MBA (May/June 2027 graduate) with prior experience delivering company-critical projects. • Ability to interpret and engage on complex technical concepts in identity management and SaaS environments. • Excellent communication skills including presentation, verbal, and written for cross-functional collaboration. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with engineering or technical background preferred. • Track record of successful delivery in ambiguous environments while scaling business and organization.
