Job Description

Join Okta as a Partner Enablement Manager - APAC. Okta is the leading independent identity provider, trusted by over 18,500 organizations worldwide. We help organizations securely connect people to technology. The Partner Enablement Manager - APAC drives technical training and enablement programs for Okta's channel partners across ANZ, ASEAN, India, and Korea, empowering them to sell and implement identity and access management solutions effectively. This role shapes regional partner strategies, collaborates cross-functionally with sales, presales, and product teams, and measures program impact to accelerate Okta's growth in the APAC partner ecosystem. By equipping partners with tailored demos, workshops, and sales plays, you'll play a pivotal role in securing business through the identity cloud. Key Responsibilities: • Generate partner-facing technical enablement content, collaborating with Global Enablement Team to develop training aligned with partners' value propositions and advanced sales audiences for identity solutions • Lead regional partner enablement strategy and execution for ANZ, ASEAN, India, and Korea, owning program development in sync with Regional Alliance and Presales priorities • Manage cross-functional collaboration with Office of the Field CTO, Field Presales, Product Marketing, Product, Global Enablement Team, and Sales to align needs into scalable enablement plans • Measure impact and effectiveness of enablement programs with Enablement Operations, using metrics on learner engagement, retention, and performance to iterate and improve • Accommodate diverse enablement needs by building scalable programs with regional variations for cybersecurity and identity management training • Independently drive progress through ambiguity in the enablement process, from strategy definition to action implementation with minimal supervision What We're Looking For: • 7+ years of experience in presales training and enablement, preferably in identity management or cybersecurity • Proven track record delivering demos, workshops, and translating technical content into sales plays for Partner Account Executives and Systems Engineers • Experience collaborating with APAC sales, presales, product, and marketing stakeholders to align training with business priorities in partner ecosystems • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for technical enablement sessions • Strong organizational skills to manage training libraries, content development, and multi-region program execution What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
