As a Product Manager for Access Management in Okta's Client Foundations team, you'll shape the future of client-side single sign-on, passwordless authentication, and threat protection solutions used by millions worldwide. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and global stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver secure, scalable products that drive Okta's Workforce Identity Cloud growth. This role is pivotal in redefining how users authenticate seamlessly across iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows via the Okta Verify app. Key Responsibilities: • Define product strategy and vision for client-side access management, aligning with Okta's identity platform goals and passwordless authentication trends • Own the product roadmap for client foundations, prioritizing features, technical debt, and scalability in partnership with the Engineering Manager • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to uncover pain points in single sign-on, strong authentication, and provisioning • Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed specifications, use cases, and user stories for engineering teams • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, QA, product, marketing, and sales across global teams to launch innovative access management features • Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze data and feedback, and iterate on solutions like Okta Verify for continuous improvement What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of product management experience in access management, identity, or cybersecurity products • Proven track record owning roadmaps for client-side SDKs or apps supporting SSO and passwordless authentication • Strong technical understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth, SAML, and MFA technologies • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and translating customer feedback into product features • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills in globally distributed teams, with hybrid work experience What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
