As Regional Alliances Manager for Auth0 in Benelux and Nordics, you'll pioneer a brand-new partner strategy for our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform, recruiting and activating partners like digital agencies, system integrators, and solution providers to drive revenue growth. This entrepreneurial role reports to EMEA Alliances and collaborates with local sales leadership to extend market reach and unlock joint go-to-market opportunities. It's your chance to shape Auth0's ecosystem in critical European markets, fueling secure authentication for millions of end-users. Key Responsibilities: • Pioneer the Nordics and Benelux CIAM partner landscape by defining ideal profiles including digital agencies, application developers, solution providers, and system integrators • Identify, recruit, activate, and nurture a robust network of Auth0 partners to extend market reach and boost revenue growth • Craft tailored joint value propositions and detailed go-to-market plans that strengthen market position and unlock new revenue streams for Auth0 and partners • Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Field Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to champion and execute partner strategies • Drive cross-functional impact by influencing internally and externally to achieve measurable partner success and sales acceleration • Leverage local market knowledge and language expertise to build lasting relationships with partners and prospects What We're Looking For: • Significant experience in Partner, Alliances, or Channel roles at complex SaaS organizations with both direct and indirect sales motions • Proven track record defining, aligning, and implementing channel alliance strategies that increased sales and market penetration • Demonstrable history of consistently exceeding channel sales revenue targets in alliances management • Extensive experience managing diverse partners including digital agencies, consultancies, System Integrators, VARs, and Cloud Service Providers • Strong influential business acumen to build relationships with key decision-makers across partner and prospect organizations What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
