Okta is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation programs for AMER Strat and SLED teams, collaborating on events, digital campaigns, and performance optimization to fuel pipeline growth. This role ensures operational excellence by managing cross-functional partnerships, Salesforce campaigns, and ROI analysis in B2B tech marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with AMER Strategic and Public Sector Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute demand generation programs, including regional events, inbound/outbound digital campaigns • Act as liaison between regional marketing, segment marketers (Commercial, Enterprise), and xDR teams to ensure seamless communication and program alignment • Partner with internal teams and external resources to create high-quality campaign assets like email sequences, targeted offers, and marketing materials • Track and analyze channel performance, program ROI, and marketing funnel health, delivering actionable insights to optimize regional campaigns • Assist with Salesforce campaign creation, 6sense audience targeting, and development of campaign briefs for operational efficiency • Create sales enablement tools and materials for SDRs and Account Executives to drive program readiness and alignment What We're Looking For: • 1-2 years of experience in B2B tech marketing; B2G experience a plus • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools including Salesforce, Splash, 6sense, Marketo, and Asana • Analytical mindset with strong data analysis, reporting, and ROI measurement skills • Previous experience in sales development or sales support role a plus • Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills with strong attention to detail in content writing and editing What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
