Join Okta as a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise (Auth0). Okta is the leading independent identity provider, trusted by over 18,500 organizations worldwide. We help organizations securely connect people to technology. As the Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise (Auth0), you will drive territory growth in Georgia and North Carolina by securing net new logos and expanding existing Auth0 customers in the enterprise SaaS space. This role focuses on evangelizing secure identity solutions to Application Development teams, including Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture leaders, to protect against identity threats. Join Okta's Auth0 team to deliver consistent revenue targets and build lasting customer relationships in a high-growth identity management market. Key Responsibilities: • Build a strategic plan for long-term net new logo pipeline generation in your Georgia and North Carolina territory • Consistently deliver on revenue targets to drive year-over-year territory growth for Auth0 enterprise customers • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, advance sales opportunities, and achieve predictable bookings • Target and gain access to key decision makers in prospect accounts, cultivating a network of CTO, Product, Engineering, and Architecture leaders • Scope, negotiate, and close complex enterprise agreements to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas • Leverage Okta's ecosystem—including partners, xDRs, Presales, and Customer First teams—to identify opportunities and nurture customer relationships, with travel as needed What We're Looking For: • 10+ years of proven success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products like identity and access management solutions • Strong track record evangelizing to CTO organizations, pitching and closing deals with Product, Engineering, and Architecture decision makers • Deep technical discovery skills that resonate with developer communities and Application Development teams • Proven technical acumen linking technical sales to business outcomes in security and authentication platforms • Expertise in Sales Frameworks like MEDDPICC, with excellent communication and presentation skills for all audience levels What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
