Drive enterprise sales growth for Okta, the World's Identity Company, by securing net new logos and expanding existing Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform customers in the Northeast territory. As Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise, you'll evangelize secure identity solutions to combat identity threats, consistently exceed revenue quotas, and build C-level relationships to fuel YoY territory expansion. This high-impact role matters because it places identity at the core of business security and growth, enabling safe technology access anywhere. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a vision and plan for long-term net new logo pipeline generation in Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth for enterprise SaaS • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings • Target and gain access to C-level leaders in prospect accounts, building networks of decision makers • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet and exceed enterprise revenue quota targets • Leverage Okta partners, xDRs, Presales, and ecosystem to open new opportunities and nurture relationships What We're Looking For: • 7+ years success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products like identity and access management • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level decision makers in security-focused sales • Expertise navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and internal ecosystems • Significant experience selling in partnership with GSIs and wider partner ecosystems using MEDDPICC • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and confident, team-oriented self-driven mindset What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
