We help organizations securely connect people to technology. As Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise at Okta, you'll drive revenue growth for the World's Identity Company by hunting net new enterprise SaaS logos and expanding existing Okta Platform customers in the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania territories. This high-impact role involves navigating complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders to deliver consistent bookings and YoY territory expansion using MEDDPICC. Join us to secure billions of workforce logins and shape the future of identity security. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a long-term vision and plan for net new logo pipeline generation in enterprise accounts • Consistently deliver on revenue targets to fuel YoY territory growth for Okta Platform • Develop and execute account strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and achieve predictable bookings • Target and gain access to C-level decision makers, building networks to scope, negotiate, and close agreements • Leverage Okta partners and ecosystem (xDRs, Presales, Customer First) to uncover and open new opportunities • Travel as needed to nurture customer relationships and deliver value-based sales with a compelling POV What We're Looking For: • 7+ years success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products like identity management solutions • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level executives in security-focused sales • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders internally and at customer organizations • Track record selling into C-suite, building buy-in across teams and with GSI partners • Expertise in Sales Frameworks like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler for enterprise deals What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
