As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Latin America at Okta, you'll prospect high-potential accounts, generate qualified opportunities, and build the pipeline for Account Executives in the cybersecurity and identity management space. This onsite role in Washington, DC, is your launchpad into a high-impact sales career, where you'll uncover business challenges and foster meaningful customer relationships using tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Join Okta, the World's Identity Company, to drive secure access and digital innovation for customers like JetBlue and Zoom. Key Responsibilities: • Research Latin America accounts and contacts to develop targeted outreach strategies using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to plan and execute outbound prospecting campaigns focused on identity and access management • Engage inbound leads and perform multilingual outbound outreach to generate high-quality meetings and sales opportunities • Conduct discovery calls to uncover business needs in cybersecurity and authentication, positioning Account Executives for success • Achieve daily quotas for calls, emails, meetings, and pipeline development while participating in team competitions and feedback sessions • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in Salesforce and partner cross-functionally to optimize customer engagement processes What We're Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 6–12 months of prior business or sales experience preferred • Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) for effective communication with Latin America prospects • Strong verbal and written communicator who excels at building connections and asking insightful questions • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced sales environment • Coachable lifelong learner who embraces feedback, thrives on curiosity, and adapts quickly to sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
