Join Okta as a Sales Director, Auth0. Okta is the leading independent identity provider, trusted by over 18,500 organizations worldwide. We help organizations securely connect people to technology. Lead a high-performing team of Account Executives in Tokyo to drive new logo wins and expansion within Japan's enterprise market using Okta's Auth0 Platform. As Sales Director, you'll own revenue targets, territory planning, and consultative sales processes for B2B SaaS identity solutions. This role is pivotal in securing executive relationships and accelerating customer growth in a competitive DevOps landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of the Account Executive team, ensuring productivity and skill development through hiring, mentoring, and training. • Drive achievement of quarterly revenue targets and monthly goals while maintaining accurate Salesforce data and reliable forecasts for leadership. • Quote, negotiate, and support reps in closing complex transactions by building executive-level relationships with key prospects. • Lead territory planning and opportunity development to maximize new logo acquisitions and existing customer expansion. • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, services, training, legal, and renewals teams to deliver comprehensive Auth0 solutions. • Motivate and coach AEs on consultative sales methodologies like MEDDPICCC to target developers and digital transformation initiatives. What We're Looking For: • 10+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, with proven success in identity and access management. • 5+ years of SaaS sales management experience leading quota-carrying Account Executive teams. • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English for executive stakeholder engagement. • ISV and SI partner experience to leverage channel ecosystems in Japan. • Previous experience selling to and working with developers in Dev/SecOps environments.
