Lead a high-performing Technical Consulting team in delivering Okta's Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring customer success through expert implementations and ongoing support. As a player/coach, you'll balance hands-on customer delivery with strategic leadership in resource forecasting, utilization targets, and process improvements. Drive revenue growth and operational excellence in Professional Services while advancing secure access via SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee professional services billings, revenue, customer satisfaction, resources, and utilization targets in collaboration with the Director, Technical Consulting • Hire, mentor, and retain Technical Consultants focused on customer success, providing direct management for their technical and career growth • Demonstrate and refine repeatable implementation methodologies to accelerate customer adoption of Okta Platform and Auth0 services • Contribute to process improvements across Technical Consulting practice, Professional Services, and subcontractor ecosystem • Represent Okta in multiple customer engagements and workstreams, ensuring success throughout the engagement lifecycle • Deliver hands-on customer-facing implementations (30% time) as a player/coach while upskilling team on IAM expertise What We're Looking For: • 5+ years leading teams with supervisory responsibilities in Professional Services • 5+ years as an implementation consultant delivering IAM solutions to external customers • 5+ years in Identity & Access Management with authority in SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation • Extensive knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, cloud architectures, and on-premises IT landscapes • Proven ability to multitask across customer engagements, drive process improvements, and contribute hands-on as a player/coach What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
