Okta seeks a Senior NetSuite Developer to lead customizations, AI integrations, and optimizations in our NetSuite ERP system, driving efficiency in finance, legal, and business technology operations. You'll harness NetSuite's SuiteScript Generative AI API, Prompt Studio, and external frameworks like AWS Bedrock to build scalable, AI-enhanced solutions that secure business growth. This role is pivotal in architecting intelligent ERP enhancements for a leading identity company. Key Responsibilities: • Lead design, development, and maintenance of NetSuite customizations using SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow workflows, and saved searches. • Leverage NetSuite AI capabilities like SuiteScript Generative AI API, Prompt Studio, and AI Connector Service to create custom AI features. • Collaborate with analysts and offshore India team as technical catalyst for POCs, tool evaluations, and new technology adoption. • Design, develop, test, implement, and support NetSuite ERP solutions in partnership with the BT team, including module configurations for order management and billing. • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications and resolve production issues with best practices. • Experiment with AWS Bedrock, RAG, and LLMs like Gemini or OpenAI to identify and prototype future NetSuite AI enhancements. What We're Looking For: • 9+ years of NetSuite development experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk. • Expertise in SuiteCloud tools, REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations, and NetSuite ERP modules like Order Management and Vendor Bills. • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, SuiteScript Generative AI APIs, and configuring modules with Prompt Studio for AI functions like Text Enhance. • Experience architecting AI/ML integrations with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, and data pipelines for invoices, contracts, and emails. • Working knowledge of LLMs such as Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude, plus partnering with AI teams to operationalize models in G&A functions.
