As a Senior Recruiter in Okta's Dublin office, you'll drive full-cycle recruitment for EMEA technical teams, building robust talent pipelines and strategic partnerships with business leaders to fuel our high-growth SaaS expansion in identity and cybersecurity. This role is pivotal in scaling our EMEA operations, owning talent sourcing, metrics-driven processes, and employer branding to attract top technical talent.
