As a Senior SMB Customer Account Executive at Okta, the World's Identity Company, you'll drive territory growth for small business customers by securing net new logos and expanding existing Okta Platform relationships. You'll evangelize secure identity solutions to C-suite leaders, navigating complex sales cycles to deliver predictable revenue and protect against identity threats. This role is pivotal in building a world where identity belongs to you, powering enterprise-grade authentication for billions of workforce logins. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a vision and plan for long-term net new logo pipeline generation in SMB territories • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth and quota attainment • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and drive repeatable bookings • Target and gain access to C-suite decision makers, building networks to scope, negotiate, and close deals • Leverage Okta partners and ecosystem (xDRs, Presales, Customer First) to uncover new opportunities • Adopt a value-based sales approach with compelling insights, traveling to nurture customer relationships What We're Looking For: • 2+ years success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products like identity management solutions • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-level decision makers in security-focused sales • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and internal ecosystems • Track record selling into C-suite, building buy-in and partnerships across diverse teams • Significant experience collaborating with GSIs and partner ecosystems for joint sales motions What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
