Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, microservices, and backend systems. • Develop internal tools, libraries, and utilities to enhance developer productivity and test coverage. • Optimize and modularize existing frameworks for performance, stability, and maintainability. • Implement and maintain test execution pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD systems. • Collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams on test orchestration, containerized environments, and reliable builds. • Support feature teams by integrating testing tools into development workflows and enabling adoption. What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field with 5-8 years as Software Engineer in Test in enterprise SaaS. • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript for building automation frameworks. • Expertise in API/UI/microservices automation and quality engineering for large-scale systems. • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with North America teams and exposure to Generative AI testing tools.
