Join Okta as a Senior Systems Analyst - People Technology, partnering with People Technology leadership to drive Workday HCM transformation and optimization. You'll lead configuration, integrations, and analytics across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent modules, ensuring data integrity and seamless stakeholder collaboration. This role is pivotal in scaling HR systems for global growth, delivering automation, and enhancing user experience in a high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Workday configuration lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and adoption across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent modules • Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Web Services, and Connectors to link with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems like Greenhouse and HRLinks • Build advanced Workday reports, Composite/Matrix solutions, and People Analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights aligned with business goals • Ensure data integrity, manage Workday releases, and support annual events like Open Enrollment, ACA compliance, and Performance reviews • Facilitate workshops, act as SME for stakeholders in People, Payroll, IT, Finance, and international teams, and optimize integrations/reports for efficiency • Provide training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to foster a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For: • 10+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with configuration, support, and multiple modules including Core HCM, Compensation, What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
