As a Senior Technical Account Manager for Strategic Customers in Workforce Identity Solutions, you'll serve as the trusted technical advisor for Okta's largest enterprise clients in industries like Public Sector, Financial Services, and Healthcare. You'll drive strategic account alignment, design sophisticated Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, and expand adoption of Okta Platform features like Adaptive MFA, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role matters because it elevates customer security posture, anticipates future identity challenges, and fuels O Key Responsibilities: • Build deep, long-lasting relationships with customer identity owners and technical leadership as their primary go-to technical advisor for Workforce Identity Solutions • Apply comprehensive expertise in Okta Platform products like SSO, Adaptive MFA, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) to solve complex problems and design sophisticated solutions • Collaborate with customers to craft identity strategies aligned with business objectives, including broad deployment plans for Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR) • Develop tailored technical success plans for a portfolio of large, complex strategic accounts across industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology • Influence customer strategies by demonstrating how Okta's differentiators enhance security posture and expand adoption through new use cases like API Access Management and Secure Partner Access • Partner with internal teams to secure the Okta footprint against competitors and drive lasting customer success in employee, contractor, and partner identity lifecycles What We're Looking For: • 7+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering focused on enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) • Deep technical expertise in Workforce Identity solutions including SSO, Adaptive MFA, IGA, PAM, and ITDR within platforms like Okta or competitors • Proven track record managing strategic enterprise accounts in industries like Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology with complex identity ecosystems • Strong consulting skills to design and influence identity strategies, deployment architectures, and security posture improvements for large-scale customers • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to earn trusted advisor status with C-level technical leaders and cross-functional stakeholders What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
