As a Senior Technical Consultant (Auth0) in Okta's EMEA Professional Services team, you will lead hands-on implementations and deployments of the Auth0 platform for customers across Germany, ensuring seamless secure access and authentication. Your expertise will drive customer success by managing multiple projects, optimizing identity federation with protocols like SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, and fostering long-term adoption. This role is pivotal in shaping scalable Auth0 solutions that empower businesses with robust identity management. Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of Auth0 services for post-sales customer deployments • Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements while managing project scope, schedule, status, and documentation • Lead multiple concurrent Auth0 deployment projects, mentoring customers and ensuring extraordinary satisfaction • Act as liaison between customers, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to resolve escalated issues and drive product enhancements • Collaborate with sales on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while applying knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and cloud architectures • Influence Okta's growth by designing new Auth0 offerings, improving delivery processes, and leveraging JavaScript, Java, Ruby, or .Net skills What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or professional services for identity management platforms like Auth0 or Okta • Proven hands-on expertise with identity protocols including SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect • Strong software development background in Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST/JSON, and JavaScript MVC frameworks • Experience managing multiple concurrent customer deployment projects in complex enterprise and cloud environments • Excellent communication skills for technical and functional interactions with customers, partners, and internal teams What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
