As a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Auth0 Delivery Enablement & Operations team, you will drive cross-functional delivery of strategic security programs, partnering with Security, Product, and Engineering to optimize complex processes and ensure operational excellence. This role is critical for advancing Okta's identity and access management platform by managing risks, timelines, and dependencies in high-stakes cybersecurity initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Drive large-scale, complex cross-functional security programs from design through delivery, focusing on Auth0 Platform enhancements. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to define scope, value, technical requirements, and secure commitments across organizations. • Orchestrate planning, prioritization, and execution, managing integrated program plans and timelines across globally distributed functions. • Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and impediments in cybersecurity projects, communicating trade-offs to stakeholders. • Build strong relationships as the central point of contact, providing transparency into program goals, progress, quality, and security standards. • Develop technical and domain knowledge in identity management to influence strategy, decision-making, and operational excellence. What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in software, SaaS, or systems development with a focus on cybersecurity. • Proven track record delivering large-scale technology programs through cross-functional collaboration. • Excellence in identifying, managing risks, and resolving dependencies across multiple technical projects. • Experience working with globally distributed teams in agile and program management methodologies. • Strong communication skills to influence technical and executive stakeholders in matrix organizations.
