As Okta's Sr. Commercial Account Executive in Brazil, you'll drive sales of our identity and access management platform to commercial customers under 1000 employees, closing new logos while expanding existing accounts in São Paulo. This high-impact role shapes secure digital transformation for Brazilian businesses using Okta's Auth0 and Okta Platforms. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, partnering with teams to exceed quotas in the fast-growing SaaS security market. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full sales cycle for small to medium-sized new logo customers in Brazil, from demos to contract negotiations • Expand revenue within existing Okta customers by building strategic relationships with key accounts • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve assigned sales quotas in the commercial segment • Prospect, forecast, and maintain a robust sales pipeline alongside Sales Development Representatives • Deliver compelling presentations and web demonstrations to C-level executives • Collaborate with ISVs and strategic partners to secure joint revenue opportunities for Okta What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of sales and account management in SaaS/Cloud B2B environments • Proven track record selling to mid-sized customers in Brazil territory • Experience with ISVs or channel partners strongly preferred • IT/Security sales background strongly preferred • Fluency in Portuguese with ability to travel 10%-20% to customers and events What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
