Lead a high-performing team of Auth0 Solutions Engineers supporting Okta's Enterprise customers across the US, Canada, and LatAm, driving technical demonstrations, POCs, and deal strategies for identity and access management solutions. This Sr Manager role shapes customer success with the Auth0 identity platform, influencing enterprise deals and fostering team growth to achieve aggressive revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute professional growth plans for your Solutions Engineering team, mentoring on Auth0 platform expertise and customer empathy. • Own business impact reporting for team activities including Auth0 demonstrations, technical deep dives, trials, and proofs-of-value with enterprise prospects. • Actively contribute to high-value deals by proposing technical strategies, participating in on-site support, and collaborating with Sales leadership. • Foster a "team within a team" culture by partnering across Okta's presales, product, and business units to align on enterprise customer needs. • Recruit, ramp, and retain diverse Solutions Engineers skilled in customer identity solutions, ensuring a robust talent pipeline. • Champion MEDDPICC and value-based selling methodologies to influence technical decision-makers and executives in large enterprises. What We're Looking For: • 5+ years presales management experience with direct supervisory responsibilities in enterprise software or IAM solutions. • Proven success selling complex identity platforms to large companies, influencing executives as a sponsor using MEDDPICC methodologies. • Strong vision for Auth0 and Okta opportunities in customer identity and access management (CIAM), driving measurable business outcomes. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience in technical presales. • Expertise in security product trends, Okta/Auth0 roadmap, and competitor IAM offerings like deep knowledge of authentication protocols.
