The Sr. Product Marketing Specialist - Customer First shapes Okta's customer lifecycle programs to drive retention, adoption, and expansion in identity and access management (IAM). You'll design scalable engagement models and value storytelling that empower Customer First teams to deliver powerful outcomes across the Okta Platform. This role matters because it fuels customer lifetime value for the world's leading identity company. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage scalable customer engagement models unifying Customer First teams, telemetry, tools, and touchpoints to boost retention, expansion, and lifetime value in B2B SaaS • Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle playbooks accelerating onboarding, adoption, renewal, and platform maturity for Okta customers • Identify and integrate value metrics and storytelling into touchpoints like Customer Support Managers, campaigns, and in-product experiences to highlight ROI and differentiation • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support for consistent messaging on Okta Support offerings and seamless go-to-market experiences • Gather quantitative and qualitative insights from customers, prospects, market, and sellers to inform product roadmap, messaging, and IAM strategy optimization • Measure and optimize impact via adoption growth, retention gains, expansion pipeline, and feedback on customer engagement effectiveness What We're Looking For: • 3+ years in product marketing, customer marketing, lifecycle, or growth roles in B2B SaaS, ideally technology or cybersecurity • Proven track record driving post-sale engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion with measurable outcomes • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-focused narratives for identity and access management • Data-driven mindset with experience using customer insights for product roadmap and go-to-market optimization • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support teams What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
