Okta seeks a Staff Finance Procure to Pay (Coupa) Analyst to optimize, configure, and maintain our Coupa platform, ensuring seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, invoicing, and supplier management. You'll drive system integrations with ERP like NetSuite or Oracle Fusion, leverage Coupa AI Insights for spend optimization, and support global finance teams in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in enhancing financial controls, data integrity, and operational efficiency for the world's identity company. Key Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and maintain Coupa core system settings, workflows, approval chains, and security roles for P2P and invoicing modules. • Collaborate with TDI and Finance teams to design, test, implement, and support Coupa solutions, including root cause analysis for production issues. • Manage integrations between Coupa and third-party systems like ERP using APIs, flat files, and cXML for punchout catalogs, PO transmission, and invoice delivery. • Troubleshoot system issues, optimize user experience, ensure data integrity for master data (suppliers, GL accounts), and develop custom reports/dashboards for spend metrics. • Leverage Coupa AI Insights and NAVI for spend optimization, anomaly detection, compliance flagging, and sourcing strategy recommendations. • Support global user training, SOC reporting, financial audits, and Agile/Scrum processes to align Coupa with finance policies and best practices. What We're Looking For: • 8+ years of dedicated experience as a Coupa Solutioning, Analysis, and Design expert with deep expertise in Procurement, Invoicing, and Supplier Information Management (SIM). • Proven strength in leading program scoping, design, analysis, and creating discovery documentation for abstract business challenges. • Strong experience configuring P2P approval chains, managing Coupa Catalog content, and handling integrations (flat files, APIs) with ERP systems like NetSuite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or SAP S/4HANA. • Proficiency in Coupa AI Insights, NAVI, data analysis tools, SQL for reporting/troubleshooting, and ensuring SOC compliance and audit readiness. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent, with Coupa Certification (e.g., P2P Specialist) highly preferred.
