Join Okta Workflows as a Staff Full-Stack Engineer on the Flow builder team, owning the core no-code canvas for building powerful identity-centric automation workflows. You'll lead end-to-end feature development using React, Node.js, and TypeScript, driving scalability and performance for enterprise customers like Netflix and MGM. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL in cloud-native environments. • Lead technical design for key initiatives, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability in distributed systems. • Build reusable, performant UI components for an intuitive no-code builder experience. • Own backend services lifecycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and incident response. • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Architecture teams to define user-friendly, technically sound features. • Mentor engineers, contribute to architectural reviews, and optimize performance with infrastructure teams. What We're Looking For: • 8+ years building modern web applications in full-stack environments with TypeScript, ReactJS, and Node.js. • Deep expertise in designing APIs and scalable services in distributed, cloud-based architectures. • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes for reliable deployments. • Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade UIs in agile settings with Product and Design teams. • Strong collaboration skills with Architects for technical tradeoffs, plus passion for testing, monitoring, and documentation.
