Lead Okta’s solution insights and thought leadership strategy as Staff Product Marketing Manager, transforming data, telemetry, and industry research into compelling narratives that showcase Okta and Auth0 platforms. Shape Okta’s point of view on identity security, workforce authentication, and customer identity management, ensuring executive alignment and global activation for business leaders and technical practitioners. Drive measurable impact on brand leadership, pipeline generation, and market positioning in the B2B SaaS identity space. Key Responsibilities: • Lead flagship thought leadership reports: Own strategy, development, and execution of Okta’s global reports, embedding data, research, and frameworks into differentiated narratives on identity solutions. • Shape and align Okta’s POV: Partner with executives and stakeholders in IT, Security, Product, Engineering, Data, Professional Services, and Industry PMMs for alignment across solutions and verticals. • Drive cross-functional activation: Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Global Campaigns, Programs, PR/Comms, and regional marketing to create multi-format experiences, toolkits, blogs, webinars, and sales collateral. • Resonate with multiple audiences: Tailor initiatives for leadership in IT, Security, Product, Engineering and practitioners like developers, architects, security operators, highlighting business and technical value. • Monitor industry and competitive trends: Track news, research, and competitor narratives to keep Okta’s thought leadership timely, differentiated, and integral to identity management conversations. • Measure and optimize impact: Define KPIs, use analytics to track performance, and report results to stakeholders for continuous improvement in brand, engagement, and pipeline from insights programs.
