Join Okta as a Strategic Account Executive - Germany. Okta is the leading independent identity provider, trusted by over 18,500 organizations worldwide. We help organizations securely connect people to technology. As a Strategic Account Executive - Germany, you'll drive Okta's expansion in the DACH region by generating pipeline and closing deals with Strategic enterprise accounts. You'll position Okta's Identity and Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and cloud security solutions to C-level stakeholders, delivering predictable bookings and market leadership. This role matters because it fuels Okta's growth as The World's Identity Company in Germany's thriving SaaS market. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver repeatable bookings in DACH enterprises • Generate new business within Strategic organizations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland • Position Okta at functional and business value levels with target stakeholders using customer references and partner ecosystems • Champion Okta in sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations for IAM and SSO solutions • Build partnerships with Okta colleagues including channel partners, sales engineering, and global teams with humility and enthusiasm • Embrace Okta’s #1 core value by always loving customers and traveling across DACH as required What We're Looking For: • Proven track record selling SaaS or Cloud Computing services to Enterprise-class organizations in DACH • Experience in value-based selling to senior/C-level executives • Fluency in German and English (both essential) • Reputation as a trusted partner in local reseller and system integrator communities • Passion for technology including Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-On, and API-based solutions What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
