As a Strategic Account Executive in Houston, TX, you'll drive revenue growth by targeting Okta's largest enterprise customers across Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas, focusing on net new logos and expanding existing Auth0 and Okta Platform relationships. You'll evangelize identity security solutions to C-suite leaders, navigating complex sales cycles to deliver predictable bookings and YoY territory expansion. This high-impact role in our Strategic Accounts team secures the biggest growth opportunities in enterprise SaaS identity management. Key Responsibilities: • Establish a vision and plan for long-term net new logo pipeline generation in your territory • Consistently deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets to fuel YoY territory growth • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and drive repeatable bookings • Target and gain access to C-level decision makers, building networks to qualify prospects • Scope, negotiate, and close complex enterprise agreements to exceed quota targets • Leverage Okta partners, xDRs, Presales, and ecosystem teams to uncover new opportunities What We're Looking For: • 12+ years success growing revenue with complex enterprise SaaS products like identity management • Proven ability to evangelize and create demand with C-suite executives in security solutions • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles internally and with customer teams • Track record selling alongside GSIs and partner ecosystems to open enterprise opportunities • Expertise in MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks with strong presentation skills What We Offer: • Competitive compensation with equity and benefits • Health, dental, vision insurance and 401(k) matching • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development • Hybrid work options and inclusive, collaborative culture Okta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
