Partner with finance leaders to enhance financial forecasting for revenue, ACV, retention, and cash flow while championing AI innovations like LLM-powered variance analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and deploy statistical and machine learning models for financial forecasts including revenue, ACV, customer retention, operating expenses, and cash flow to boost accuracy and provide proactive insights. • Prepare, review, and enhance key financial forecasts as part of quarterly, annual, and long-range planning as a core Corporate FP&A team member. • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover drivers of business performance, profitability, and plan variances. • Serve as FP&A subject matter expert on generative AI and emerging technologies, researching, prototyping, and implementing solutions like LLMs for variance commentary and AI-powered analytical assistants. • Partner with senior leaders to frame ambiguous strategic questions into analytical projects, execute analysis, and deliver clear recommendations. • Present complex analytical findings compellingly to C-suite executives and operational managers while collaborating with data engineering and IT for improved data accessibility and quality. What We're Looking For: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field, plus 6+ years hands-on experience in data science or analytics delivering business impact. • Fluency in SQL and analytical tools/languages like Python or R. • Experience with Machine Learning applications and enterprise data warehouses such as Databricks or Snowflake. • Exceptional business acumen connecting data insights to financial outcomes and strategic objectives. • High comfort with ambiguity, creating analytical frameworks for open-ended problems, plus financial modeling skills.
