The SVP, Global Product Marketing at Okta leads the global go-to-market strategy, shaping product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launches to differentiate our identity platform in the competitive SaaS market. This executive role drives cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver compelling narratives that resonate with CIOs, CTOs, and CEOs. By building a world-class team and influencing analysts and customers, you'll fuel Okta's hyper-growth in secure access, authentication, and identity management. Key Responsibilities: • Build, scale, and lead a world-class global product marketing organization in a high-growth SaaS environment, fostering excellence and career growth. • Define and evolve go-to-market plays, including target personas, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for Okta's identity products. • Transform sales enablement with compelling training, positioning tools, and differentiated messaging for qualification, discovery, and deal closure. • Own innovative product positioning, messaging, and high-impact content like presentations, demos, and competitive battle cards across product lines. • Lead major product launches cross-functionally with Product, Program Management, and GTM teams for cohesive, high-impact release motions. • Represent Okta with analysts and customers, spending 30% of time gathering insights, shaping perceptions, and building advocacy. What We're Looking For: • 15+ years in enterprise SaaS or cloud product marketing, selling identity solutions to CIO, CTO, and CEO audiences at G2K enterprises. • Proven success launching products in hyper-growth markets with global Sales and GTM elevation. • Experience leading managers of managers (4th-line leadership) in building and scaling high-performing global teams. • Track record presenting to and influencing CEOs, Boards, and industry analysts. • Deep technical understanding of identity, authentication, and infrastructure with exceptional storytelling for complex concepts.
