OpenAI's Go To Market team is at the forefront of helping enterprises leverage highly capable AI products across their organizations. You'll work alongside world-class researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to create customized AI solutions that evolve entire industries. With a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week) and relocation assistance available, this is your opportunity to shape AI's future in one of Asia's most dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Manage a select portfolio of key Southeast Asia enterprise accounts, developing and executing comprehensive multi-year account plans that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Leadership: Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial pipeline generation through contract negotiation, closure, and successful deployment.
  • Customer Journey Ownership: Guide enterprise prospects from consideration phase through technical evaluation, business case development, and production deployment of OpenAI solutions.
  • Technical Partnership: Collaborate with OpenAI's research engineering and solutions teams to design and deliver complex, customized customer programs and proof-of-concepts.
  • Revenue Accountability: Own consumption revenue targets for your accounts, delivering consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.
  • Forecasting Excellence: Maintain accurate consumption revenue forecasts and pipeline visibility for executive leadership.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze account metrics, usage patterns, and business outcomes to create compelling reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
