This senior sales leadership role combines technical expertise, strategic vision, and relationship-building to deliver OpenAI's cutting-edge AI models to Southeast Asia's most innovative companies.
OpenAI's Go To Market team is at the forefront of helping enterprises leverage highly capable AI products across their organizations. You'll work alongside world-class researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to create customized AI solutions that evolve entire industries. With a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week) and relocation assistance available, this is your opportunity to shape AI's future in one of Asia's most dynamic markets.
We're seeking proven enterprise sales leaders with deep SaaS/PaaS experience and a passion for AI's transformative potential:

Competitive Compensation: Total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $250,000 - $450,000 USD, including base salary, uncapped commissions, and significant equity upside. Actual compensation depends on experience and performance.
